After 32 years of working for someone else I finally started my own venture in October 2016 in the role of Lean Coach. During 2019 I understood that large costly investments with my team on site wasn't always what the clients needed or wanted so I started to develop what on line coaching would look like. There are many sites that will teach you six sigma or other methodologies but not too many that teach and coach real lean. I have approximately 13 years consulting and coaching experience in Automotive, Banking, Pharmaceutical and Utilities from Plant CEO level to customer facing ops. These have supplemented the knowledge gained working for Toyota from Team Member to Section Manger over 18.5 years covering Maintenance, Engineering and Production management roles. My consulting experience consists of my current role at Transpower/ Meritor; Novo Nordisk; Consumers Energy, as well as previous coaching engagements include Detroit Diesel Engine manufacture Detroit, USA, Daimler Trucks North America – Portland plant, Hospira USA, and Novo Nordisk DK
